Simmons vs. Tasco scope?

should i get a Simmons Prosport 3-9x40 or a Tasco World Class 3-9x40 scope for my deer rifle.

Simmons, Tasco, Bushnell.

They are on the same level of quality. Not the worst, but definitely not the best.

They are an "affordable" option to us average citizens whose wives and budgets will not allow us to spend more on the optics as we did on the gun!

I have a Tasco 3-12x40 on my Rem 700 7mm Mag, holds zero just fine and provides a clear image.

I run Bushnell 4-12x40 on my Marlin model 60 .22 and my AR15.
Both with desirable results.

I had a Simmons 3-9x30 on my Remington 710 years back, it did not hold zero, might have been a isolated event, but that is my only experience with Simmons.

Its not Leupold, Carl Zeiss, or Swarvoski, BUT, it works!
