Are these rifle scopes any good?
Im looking to buy a rifle scope or a 25-06, and im wondering if these would be any good.
the 2 im looking at is the Cabelas Alaskan Guide XT 620Ao pwr for 379$ and im also looking the Leupold Rifleman scope for 190$
Here's the deal. I will let you decide which is best from the two you are trying to judge.
Does Cabela's actually manufacture rifle scopes? Nope. They just market them. Probably some outfit in Asia makes them and puts the Cabela's name on them. How long will they be around? Who will service these rifle scopes?
As for Leupold. They DO manufacture rifle scopes. Leupold's reputation is first rate. I had a friend that was a sniper in the 82nd Airborne. They use Leupold scopes. Have dozens of other friends that work in law enforcement and are active with the SWAT teams; Leupold is their only choice. Leupold's warranty and customer satisfaction is legendary.
