parallax free red dot scope?

hi,
I am looking for a good red dot scope to put on a tactical rifle, that is or near parallax free. (I want a scope that can target up to 100 yards without any recalibration) Also if it has variable MOA's and could actually zoom a little would be great too! thanks for any suggestions you may have!

armsonusa.com has some that are parallax free, but they arent like conventional red dots. most red dots are parallax free beyond 20yrds or so. i have a few bsa , tasco, and red dot, but the armson is far superior for quick shooting once you get the hang of it.
