Will having triple minors in Political Science, Economics and Physics increase my chances of landing a job?

Or will it just look tacky? My major is in Ethnic Studies. I have taken Calculus I and II, some lab courses in Optics and Lasers, and I also have strong minors in Economics and Political Science. Is there still a possibility that I can land a decent job after graduation? I plan to work a couple of years while taking steps to become a Real Estate Appraiser later on and go for my Master's degree in Urban Planning. With this plan, I can graduate from college debt free and I don't have to take any additional student loans out. Any respectful comments would be helpful.

An appraiser job is similar to that of a real estate agent. The education is not as important as the ability to network and show yourself to be reliable and accurate. My state requires you to apprentice with someone for a while before you're given your appraisal license. If you find someone to work under then you may be able to jump right into a solid clientele. If not then you will have to scrounge for work.

If you get a masters degree none of the rest maters (as long as the masters program will accept you in). Until you get your masters you will look like a jack of all trades and a master of none. If you go to get a job in the business world it could backfire on you. The only problem is you need to make sure that the masters program you want will admit you with the minors and no major. That will limit your options for getting into grad school.

The harder more fruitful option would be just to major in one of those things. Preferably economics if you’re going into urban planning. But you’re probably trying to triple major to get done faster.

The minor in physics would not be useful as an appraiser or for an urban planner. If your college requires a third minor then geology would be better. Geology is useful in urban planning also. Physics would not be that useful to you, although you probably enjoy it. Higher level physics courses get lots harder also. You would need a solid math background. Calculus and Trig would help.
