Is the .22 BSA meteor good?
I was thinking of swapping my BSA Mercury for a BSA meteor. I've had my Mercury for 2 years, and I have to say, it can't hit the largest object you throw at it, not literally of course. But I've tried adjusting the iron sights, adjusting the foresights, I've had the seal rings replaced every year for 2 years, I even mounted a descent scope on it, and still it would never get more than a foot closer to the target I intended to shoot. So in the mean time, I've relied on my Weihrauch hw57, which is .22 as well, brilliant gun, cannot say 1 bad thing about it, but is the Meteor really better than the Mercury?
