It is very difficult to rank engineering disciplines as to good, better, best.
I would say from a practical standpoint only civil engineering in your list would begin to rank in the good, better, best contest. Specialty engineering disciplines are all well and good but they always have their limits.
The basics, chemical, electrical, civil and mechanical are always the the ones that do the best. You can have one of these degrees and still specialize if need be.
My son is a mechanical engineer and he has worked in four different industries since graduating. Doing something different each time.
